Due to our garments being made in limited editions, refunds and exchanges are not provided for change of mind.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If your order does not fit, we can offer a size exchange dependant on available stock. This is limited to one size exchange per garment. If your size is unavailable for exchange then you will receive a store credit. You must email with the exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your garment has a fault you may make a return for a refund, exchange or credit note within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item/s remain in their original condition with original packaging and all tags attached.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that we do not offer returns on sale items unless deemed faulty. All items are quality controlled and checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers.

RETURN RULES

Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear, have been washed, have been altered or do not have their original tags attached will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

Customers are to cover the cost of return postage unless the item has been deemed faulty. The refund will be processed once the item/s have been received and reviewed by our team.

All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the request approval.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

If you would like to return an item, please email us at hello@dalleythelabel.com and subject the email “RETURNS”. Please include your order number and reason for wanting to return the item/s. If the reason for return is due to a faulty item, please send supporting imagery.

If you are approved for a return, please note that Dalley the label cannot be held responsible or liable in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel so please ensure you pay for tracked postage and pass on the tracking details to us via email.

HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE?

Once your item has been delivered to our return address, please allow 2-4 working days for your item/s to be quality assessed and for your exchange to be processed. Please keep an eye out via your email to receive your new tracking number for your exchanged order.
